Moh Flow - "Golden Boy"

Born in Syria, raised in Saudi Arabia, and based in Dubai, Moh Flow is a singer and rapper who counts '90s R&B and Still I Rise, the 1999 album co-billed to 2Pac and Outlawz, among his biggest inspirations. Supported by elder brother and producer/engineer Ayham (aka AY), Moh Flow started rapping in 2005 and within eight years had released his first three mixtapes -- Nothing Personal, Peace Love & Music, and Born Ready -- in addition to work with the group Run Junction.

After the more widely distributed This Is Yo(u), issued in 2016, Moh Flow was matched with Pusha T for an instalment of "I'm with the Banned," a series of tracks featuring collaborations between artists from the U.S. and rising artists from territories impacted by the Trump administration travel ban. The result, "Options," was released in 2017. A solo single, "Won One," followed quickly thereafter.

“As I open more doors for my music family, I am dealing with a new found curiosity about my brand. This record is response to the snap judgements as well the doubt I feel in the air about me being from Syria and having the audacity to think that I am cut from the same cloth as my Idols. I have often been the Hero and the villain. I'm just leaving it to the people to decide which one they see me as.”
