This song has the spirit of all the teeny, bop, soft rock jams of the 80s. It's fun. It's upbeat. You can hear the Blink 182 influence in the composition and arrangement of the production. The hook sounds huge. It gives the song an added layer from the chillness of the verse. To add the icing on the cake, the instrumental solo in between verses that allows the lead guitarist to shine. This party is just an overall feel good time.
