Rec Hall is a trio of So Cal musicians making music that somehow feels both retro and contemporary at the same time. Likewise, 'Pontiac' is a track about both nostalgia and reconnecting. Reconnecting via nostalgia perhaps but either way the sound feels like warm sunshine and hope. Like summer good times and the approaching weekend. Hard to describe, but easy to feel when you are in those magical in-between places where everything has potential. Give it a listen and see what I mean.
