KTJ & Carly unleash a bit of scorn on those who are all talk and no action relationship wise. 'Mister Bare Minimum' is about that person promising and pledging commitment and other things they have no intention of actually carrying through. The track has a nice build and the anger and frustration is palpable in the delivery.
